Garry Bastien

Garry is Ottawa born and raised where he worked at the family business of Bastien Fuels, specializing in residential heating.  He went on from there to acquire ten years of valuable experience in the competitive field of insurance with Morris & Bastien Insurance Brokers.  This knowledge, his bilingualism, along with his experience in construction, combined with honesty and integrity, makes Garry the one to call for your real estate needs.

Tillie Bastien

Tillie, daughter of of the late Morley and Helen of Pinto Valley Ranch, was born and raised along with her eight brothers and two sisters in beautiful West Carleton.  It is through hard work and lots of enthusiasm that Tillie has established herself as a top producing agent in residential sales since 1986.  As a result of her hard work, Tillie was the recipient of three awards at a conference in San Francisco.  She is a consistent Diamond Key Award Winner with Albert Gale Real Estate.  This proven track record in an ever-changing marketplace supports her belief that there is much more to real estate than just buying and selling.

Pat Smith

Pat is the seventh son of eight boys born to the late Morley & Helen Smith, owners of the Pinto Valley Ranch.  Pat, his brothers and sisters all grew up at the ranch on a diet of hard work, faith and strong family values.  He has been happily married to his wife Michele for over 34 years and they have five children ranging in age frome teens to twenties, three boys and two girls.

Pat originally trained as a carpenter and is fully licensed in that trade.  For a while he toured North America & Europe with "the Flying Fathers" (the Globe Trotters of Hockey) raising money for charity whilst seeing and experiencing some of the world before settling into life in real estate in 1981.

Pat lives on a farm in Woodlawn and raises paint horses in his spare time.  In the winter months he can often be seen driving his sleigh around the local area loaded with kids, just having fun.  He still participates in a lot of charity work and is often called upon to act as auctioneer at many local fund raising events. 

Pat undertands the local area and knows personally most of the people living in it and he looks forward to making new friends with every home he lists for sale.  He is alway happy to offer advice and assistance to any of his clients to help them get established in their new location.

Pat is especially pleased to be working with his sister Tillie and her husband Garry.
